How To Use Our App

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Each app feature explained in detail
  • To log open the app. The app will load to the log in page
  • Enter your Username and Password and then select ”Sign In” to log in
  • If you have forgotten your password, on the log in page, select “ Forgot Password”
  • Enter your email address linked to your account and then select “Reset”
  • A new password will then be sent to your email address
  • Use this new password to log in.
  • You can then change your password in the settings page when you are logged in
  • To edit your profile click on the Profile icon to the top right of the app
  • Then select “ Edit Profile”
  • Make any changes you wish
  • Then select “Save”
  • To earn points for in store purchases using your app, click on the barcode to the top right of your app home page
  • This will open a barcode that needs to be scanned in store before you checkout in store
  • Simply tap the barcode to close
  • Points are applied automatically for online purchases.
  • To track your points history please click on the “History” Icon
  • You will see a history off all your points earned and redeemed.
  • Points earned will be in green and Points redeemed will be in red.
  • You will be able to track the following
  • Location points were earned or redeemed in
  • Date points were earned or redeemed
  • How the points were earned, whether in store (Logged Purchase) or online (Online Order)
  • To see our rewards program details, select the “Rewards” Icon. Here you will see information on:
  • How our program works
  • How points are earned and redeemed
  • How our Membership Tiering structure works
  • Features of our app and program
  • To see your offers, please select the “Offers” icon. Here you will see your personalized offers along with the expiry date for these offers.
  • To see more details of each offer, please select the offer and the tab will expand to show the offer details
  • Offers can be either recurring or one time use and will disappear when they are no longer applicable.
  • Please note this page only shows you your available offers. These offers are NOT applied here but are applied before purchasing in store or online
  • If you have a new offer, a notification number will appear to the top right of the “Offers” icon.
  • To live chat with us for any queries or questions you may have, select the “Chat” icon
  • Please note depending on chat volume and operating hours our response may be limited but please leave your message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • To go to the home page on the app at any point please select the “Home” icon to the bottom left of the app
  • You can see your available points balance on the app home page on the left side of your membership status box under “Points”
  • You can see your available redeemable value on the app home page on the right side of your membership status box under “redeemable”
  • You can see your Membership Status on the app home page in the middle of your membership status box.

WALLET

Your Wallet allows you go cashless and manage your gift cards and use your app to pay in store or online.
  • To purchase a digital gift card, click on the “Gift” icon on the app footer
  • To add a gift card to your wallet click on the “ Wallet” icon on the app footer
  • Then select “ + Add Gift Card”
  • You will then need to enter your gift card number (located to the back of your card) as well as your gift card CVV number.
  • Select “Link Card”
  • If your gift card does not have a CVV number please message us in app or email us at feedback@pizzaboys.ymgsites.com and we will add it to your profile for you.
  • To edit your profile click on the Profile icon to the top right of the app
  • Then select “ Edit Profile”

ORDERING

You can order online quickly and easily straight from our app
  • To place an order online, click on the “Order” icon in the middle of the app footer
  • Then select the location you wish to order from.
  • The location will show as ”Open” or “Closed Now” with the operating hours. If you wish to proceed with this location select “ Continue”.
  • Then select “Pick up” or “Delivery” if applicable. If an option is not available for a specific location it will not be shown
  • Then select the category you wish to order from
  • Then select the product you wish to order
  • Then select the required modifiers and if you wish the optional modifiers
  • Then select add to cart
  • Repeat this process if you wish to add multiple items to your cart
  • Select “My Order” on the bottom of the order page to proceed to your cart
  • Review your order carefully to ensure accuracy.
  • If you wish to remove an item from your order, select the red X
  • To use any available offers or redeem any points, select “ Available Offers”
  • Then select the offers you wish to redeem. Select multiple point offers to redeem the total value of points you wish to redeem.
  • Then select “Checkout” to proceed to checkout page.
  • Review your information carefully
  • Select your payment method: Credit Card, Payment on Collection or Gift Card
  • Finally select Checkout

 

Locations are listed based on which are closest to your current location so allowing the app to use your location is recommended for the best user experience

LOCATIONS

You can see a list of all our locations and all our location information directly from our app
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Locations will be sorted by those closest to you by default
  • To search for a location, use our search bar to the top of the locations page
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • When you have found the location you wish to make a favorite, select the heart icon to the right of the location name. The icon will change color to indicate it has been favorited
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select “Favorites” from the top menu to see all favorited locations
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select “map” from the top menu to see all locations
  • To see all information on a location including address, telephone number and operating hours, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select the location you wish to see and the information will appear
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select the location you wish to see and the information will appear
  • Then tap on the address listed under “ Address”
  • You will then be prompted to select a map app to direct you to our location
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select the location you wish to see and the information will appear
  • Then tap on the phone number under “Phone”
  • You will then be prompted to tap on the phone number to place the call
  • To see a list of all our locations, select the “Locations” icon to the far right of the app footer
  • Then select the location you wish to see and the information will appear
  • Then select the “Order” icon at the bottom of the location page.
  • This will take you directly to this locations order page and menu
