  • Points are earned on all purchases and can be earned in the following ways:
  • Swipe/scan your physical rewards card in store before paying
  • Scan your profile barcode on your app in store before paying
  • Order Online or via the app and points are automatically earned
  • Points are earned based on the final total of your bill after discounts and offers are applied. Points are earned as follows:
  • Trinidad & Tobago: 1 point for ever $1 spent
  • St. Lucia: 2 points for ever $1 spent
  • St. Kitts & Nevis: 2 points for ever $1 spent
  • Points can be redeemed on all purchases and can be redeemed in the following ways:

  • Order Online or via the app and apply your reward offers before checkout
  • Points are redeemed based on the final total of your bill after discounts and offers are applied. Points are redeemed as follows:
  • Trinidad & Tobago: 20 points equals $1 in redeemable value
  • St. Lucia: 20 points equals $1 in redeemable value
  • St. Kitts & Nevis: 20 points equals $1 in redeemable value
  • Once you are logged into your profile, points are earned automatically for any online or in app purchases.
  • You can check your member status by logging into your account online or via anyone of our Mobile Apps
  • Your member status is determined via your total points level

Yes you can, but this can only be done at select Food Mall locations where multiple brands exist. Please select the location you want to order from and if they allow multibrand ordering you will be asked to select the brand you want to order from

  • Offers can be either generalized to all rewards members or be exclusive to only you depending on the offer. All offers can either be recurring, limited time only or one time use. This will be clearly stated on the offer.

  • Offers can be redeemed in the following ways:
  • In store: Request to use offer or see available offers before paying
  • Online or via app: Offers can be applied from our ”Available Offers” tab before checkout.
  • Offers can be redeemed in app or online by selecting the ”Available Offers” tab before checkout. Please select the offer you want to redeem and then proceed with the checkout process.
  • Yes you can. Once you present your rewards card or rewards profile via any one of our mobile apps or website you can earn and redeem points at any one of our brands and in any country.
  • To cancel an order, please call the location you ordered from immediately to notify them of the cancellation. Numbers can be found on our website or mobile apps.If your ordewr was paid for online kindly send us as email at feedback@pizzaboys.ymgsites.com to notify us of the cancellation so we may do a refund.
  • You order online by selecting the ”Order Now” Tab to the top of our website or by ordering in any of our Mobile Apps
  • Yes you do. Points are earned for all purchases whether in store or online.
  • You can pay online in 3 ways:
  • Selecting to pay on collection
  • Selecting to pay via credit card online
  • Selecting to pay via a gift card online

  • For any orders that were paid for online, kindly send us an email at feedback@pizzaboys.ymgsites.com.
  • Points do not expire however if your profile has not been used in over18 months it may be deactivated.
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • If your gift card has a CVV code, it can be linked in your profile or directly via our app. If it does not have a CVV code, kindly send us an email at feedback@pizzaboys.ymgsites.com and we will link it for you.
  • There is no limit to the amount of gift cards you can have at once. Gift cards can be managed via your online profile or via anyone of our Mobile Apps
  • Gift cards can only be used in the currency of the country they were purchased in. Because of the currency differences, they cannot be used cross currency.
  • Every week or month we will have new challenges avaialbe for an opportunity to earn bonus points. These challenged can be viewed in app. Once a challenge has been completed successfully, you will automatically earn points for the successful completion of the challenge.
  • For double or Triple point days, you will only earn points to the higher of your status level multiplier of the points multiplier.
